Dealing in providing online platform to local grocery sellers , fruits & vegetable sellers and organic products sellers.

Promoter

Anybody can be a promoter. Promoter will be paid on commission basis.

Promoter will have to connect sellers in order to earn money.

Promoter will have to sell any of the 3 plans through which they can earn money.

Here are the details of the three plans

  1. ₹200/month-> Sellers can use our platform for 30 days. (Promoter will get 15% comission on selling this plan).
  2. ₹1100/6 month -> Sellers can use our platform for 180 days. (Promoter will get 20% commission on selling this plan).
  3. ₹2000/1 year -> Sellers can use our platform for 360 days. (Promoter will get 25% commission on selling this plan). (rate can be changed with specified period of time)they will get it when new city will be targeted and this will be eligible for 45 days.

Promoter will get 10% commission eachtime whenever a seller purchase or renew their membership plan with our company.

5% TDS will be deducted from total payment of promoter.

The promoter will have to manage consistency of sellers and motivate them to keep using our platform for long time.

If a seller leaves our platform then promoter will have to motivate there seller to use our platform if one seller leaves our platform then commission of another seller will be deducted from the respected promoter's ID.

Sellers

Sellers can use our platform after purchasing membership plans.

There are 3 membership plan to use our platform, which are as follows

  1. ₹200/month-> Sellers can use our platform for 30 days.
  2. ₹1100/6 month -> Sellers can use our platform for 180 days
  3. ₹2000/1 year -> Sellers can use our platform for 360 days.

The seller can also add new products and change rate on their panel.

The seller will also promote our website and mobile application among the customers.

The seller will have to pack order within 1.5 hours receiving the order.

If they packed defected/expired product more then 3 time and we got complaint against them then their membership will be cancelled ,they will have to buy membership plan again to use our platformand they can also get ban from our website for a week.

If the seller take's more than two hours to pack the order then ₹50/hour will be charged as delay charge.

Vendor can edit their stock any time but if they forgot to do it then it's their responsibility to make the products available, in the respected order, and edit their stock on website.

The sellers will get their payment between 9:00PM - 10:00 days by online mode.

The sellers will get their payment between 9:00AM - 9:00PM next day if asked in cash(possible if consumer maked cod).

Sellers have to give 25 rs delivery charge above 499 rs order if order is less than of 499 they don't have to pay .

Customer

eligibility

Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Site. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years but at least 13 years of age you may use the Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If your age is below 18 years your parents or legal guardians can transact on behalf of you if they are registered users.

You are prohibited from purchasing any material which is for adult consumption and the sale of which to minors is prohibited

The customers can order grocery products from their nearest grocery store and get it delivered home within 6 hours.

The customers can get delivery on selected date and time.

The customers can cancel their order within 30 minutes of placing the order. If a Customer want to cancel order after 30 minutes of placing the order then the will have to pay ₹50 as cancelation charge.

The customers will pay ₹30 delivery charge for a order ₹0-₹499 and ₹20 delivery charge on any order above ₹500. Parchun Wala doesnot provide free delivery to any one.

The customers will get digital invoice of their order at their e-mail, no physical invoice will be provided.

As per consumers law it's seller's responsibility to provide good quality and genuine product to the customer.

The Customer can ask for replacement of any product with a genuinee reason. Parchun Wala will provide them replacement within 4 working hour.

If any customer ask to return a product and refund the money then he will have to pay ₹50 for any location in. They will get their refund within 1 working day through online mode.
